Cabinets 4 Less, LLC Limited Warranty for Cabinetry

Coverage Period:

  • 24 hours of delivery for visible defects
  • 30 days of discovery for concealed defects
  • No claims accepted after 1 year from delivery date for concealed defects

1. Scope of Warranty Cabinets 4 Less, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that our cabinetry products (“Products”) will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions during the warranty period specified above.

2. What This Warranty Covers This warranty covers:

  • Structural integrity of the cabinetry.
  • Defects in materials, including doors, drawers, and hardware.
  • Manufacturing defects that impair the proper functionality of the Products.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, hairline cracks, or fading due to sunlight or other environmental or seasonal factors.
  • Damage caused by exposure to moisture, humidity, or extreme temperature changes.
  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized individuals.
  • Installation errors or damage caused during installation.
  • Variations in wood grain, texture, or color, which are natural characteristics of wood products.

4. Customer Responsibilities To maintain this warranty, the Customer must:

  • Use the cabinetry under normal household conditions.
  • Maintain proper humidity levels (35-50%)
  • Temperature control (60-80°F)
  • Follow reasonable care and maintenance standards

5. How to Make a Claim If you believe your cabinetry has a defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your local Cabinets 4 Less location within 30 days of discovering the issue.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
  3. Allow us to inspect the product if necessary.

6. Remedies If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product.
  • Replace the defective product with the same or similar item.
  • Refund the purchase price of the defective product.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disaster
  • Labor disputes
  • Material shortages
  • Government actions
  • Transportation issues
  • Pandemics
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Frippery

7. Limitations of Liability This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Cabinets 4 Less, LLC To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

8. Transferability This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Products.

9. Governing Law This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
